The Studio storage, purchase, refund and licence explanations on this page refer to the Windows edition and Microsoft Store. Statements that this website does not accept Studio purchases refer to the Windows edition. Prelaunch and disabled-payment notices describe the plugin.

MoodLock Outfit Studio Web Pro can be purchased from the browser app through Stripe/Link. The dedicated Web guide and sales terms apply to Web edition sales, refunds, entitlement recovery and data handling, including purchase information processed on the server.

These terms apply to browsing, obtaining, purchasing and using moodlock.jp, MoodLock Outfit Studio and the garment extraction plugin.

Before downloading, purchasing or using a product after launch, users must review these terms and the product-specific conditions shown at purchase. Minors must obtain consent from a legal representative.

Mandatory law, store terms and product-specific purchase conditions take precedence where they conflict with these terms according to their nature.

MoodLock grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use a legitimately obtained product in supported environments. Sale of a product does not transfer ownership of the software, internal rules, design, marks or other rights.

Device count, accounts, reinstallation and other store-dependent scope follow the store terms in effect at purchase. The product or purchase entitlement may not be sold, lent, shared or redistributed.

Studio is a local Windows app. Free includes unlimited product registration and up to two saved outfits. Pro is a one-time add-on in the same app that removes the saved-outfit limit and adds hair, color, material, wearing, placement and output-template editing.

For the Windows edition in Japan, Free costs JPY 0. One-time Pro costs JPY 1,980 through October 31, 2026 (Japan Standard Time), then JPY 2,980, tax included.

Images, prompts, settings, outfits and backups are managed in the local storage location selected by the user. The user is responsible for necessary backups.

Check Microsoft Store for current purchase availability and final local price and taxes. Store checkout takes precedence outside Japan too.

MoodLock accepts one image with multiple products, with or without a person. Multiple images must show the same outfit or product collection. It returns up to 20 complete standalone English product prompts and omits later products. It does not return observation or process records.

Image interpretation and English prompt writing run in a separate GPT-6.1 Sol job through the purchaser’s Codex account. Original images are also sent over an authenticated connection to the MoodLock server for color measurement and validation. The server processes source identifiers, selected regions, observations, decisions and product records. MoodLock does not operate an AI inference API.

On completion or input refusal, source images and internal work records are removed from active storage. After an interruption, the reserved use is released and work is retained for resuming the original images for up to 24 hours, then removed by scheduled cleanup. Completed Markdown is retained separately for 24 hours. Account and use bookkeeping continue; an expired or revoked pack does not regain a use.

Prices are published on the plugin page. First-purchase, 1, 10, 20 and 30-use packs are valid for 180 days; annual 300 is valid for 365 days, and no plan renews automatically. Payment acceptance is disabled in every region.

Users must have the rights or permission needed for all images, text, prompts and other input and must not infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy or other rights.

MoodLock does not acquire ownership of user input or user-specific product prompts. Rights in the product, built-in standard templates, private instructions, analysis methods, execution procedures, site copy and design remain with MoodLock or the lawful rights holder.

Prompts and works created for users through Studio Free, Studio Pro or the paid plugin may be used commercially, delivered to clients, sold and distributed, with or without edits. Outputs are non-exclusive and must be reviewed for content and rights before public or commercial use.

The MoodLock product, built-in standard templates, private instructions, analysis methods and execution procedures may not be copied, extracted, sold, redistributed or supplied to third parties.

Users may not violate law or public order, infringe third-party rights, gain unauthorized access, place excessive load on products or external services, evade limits or authentication, or impersonate others using false information.

Except where law permits, copying, modifying, reverse engineering, redistributing, reselling, lending or sharing the product or purchase entitlement is prohibited.

Microsoft Store is planned for Studio distribution and Pro purchases; Codex and other third-party services are used for the plugin. Each provider’s terms govern use, payment, accounts, data processing and limits.

MoodLock does not control changes, outages, account restrictions, pricing or discontinuation of third-party services. Their subscription fees are borne by the user unless expressly included.

Studio Pro purchases, charges, cancellation and refunds through Microsoft Store follow applicable law and Microsoft Store terms.

Plugin packs are refundable in full within seven days only if no use has been consumed. Confirmed duplicate charges are refunded. Failed final delivery does not consume a use; if a use was deducted, it is restored.

MoodLock may update products for defects, security, environment support or functionality, and may require the latest version for compatibility or safety.

Features, supported environments or delivery methods may be changed, suspended or ended when unavoidable. Material changes will be announced on this site in advance where practicable.

MoodLock may suspend access to the plugin, updates, support or other online functions for a material breach, confirmed misuse, a security issue or a legal requirement.

When a license ends, the user must stop using and, where necessary, delete the product. Users manage retention and deletion of their Studio data.

Except where law requires otherwise, MoodLock does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, correction of every error, availability in every environment or complete fitness of output for a user’s purpose.

Users are responsible for input data, rights review, adoption of output, backups and use of third-party services. Limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to intentional or grossly negligent acts by MoodLock.

These terms are governed by Japanese law. Parties will first discuss disputes in good faith; unresolved disputes will be handled by Japanese courts under applicable law.

MoodLock may update these terms for product launch, new functions, sales methods, law or third-party service changes. Material changes will be posted with their effective or update date.
